Boo's Scrapbooking Blog Challenge

The challenge is to go back and post a picture of the very first layout you ever did and a picture of something done more recently....

My first layout was created in late summer of 2005 - Bill and I had just gotten engaged and I had insisted that there be no showers. I had also been resisting taking up scrapbooking - though many of my future in-laws are scrapbookers and had repeatedly invited me to join them and take up the craft. That summer I accepted an invitation to spend a Sunday afternoon with the gals and check out what scrapbooking was all about. When I arrived at the hall I was surprised to find that I was being 'showered' with scrapbooking supplies. The club room was decorated in a luau theme and I was initiated into the world of scrapbooking.... Here's my first ever layout

And here's a couple of more recent layouts - I haven't been scrapbooking that long - especially when you factor in a year long break when everything was packed up to build the house - but my style has definitely evolved.
